A night in the heart of the Dades Valley on your desert tour — a small, Berber-styled hotel with air-conditioned ensuite rooms, valley-and-mountain views, and Berber music after dinner.
The hotel
A warm, Berber-styled stop in the heart of the Dades gorge — a night on your desert tour.
Hotel Babylon is a small, cosy hotel set deep in the Dades Valley, among the red cliffs and river of one of Morocco’s most dramatic gorges, on the road between Marrakech and the desert. It’s decorated throughout in the styles of Morocco’s different regions, and it’s the warm, attentive hospitality — and the food — that guests remember as a highlight of the trip.
The rooms are private and air-conditioned, each with an ensuite bathroom and a balcony or terrace looking out over the valley and mountains. Dinner is a generous three-course Moroccan meal and breakfast is included, and after dinner the staff play Berber music on the terrace under the stars.

Stay for the music
