2 days Toubkal ascent and Sahara desert tour

Paul C – Feb 2022:

We had an incredible 2 days Toubkal ascent with our guide Hassan and cook / muleteer Mohamed! The vistas were breath-taking, the cuisine was delicious, and the overall experience was culturally stimulating and educational! Without a doubt, this 5 day trip was the highlight of our trip to Morocco! I strongly advise you to use Marrakech Desert Trips to schedule any of your Moroccan trekking and desert tours. The 3-day trip into the Sahara was also wonderful, and staying in a Berber tent was something I'll never forget! One recommendation: if time allows, take the three-day hike to Toubkal; if not, the two-day trek is still enough.

Jessy A – Nov 2021:

It was just fantastic!! Climbing the Toubkal Mountain in the moonlight is incredible!!! Yes, it was quite cold, and I'm happy I had layers of thermals, a hat, and gloves!! The desert camp was amazing. However to be honest, I believe the last day drive from Merzouga to Marrakech was too long. I would suggest to spend an extra night in Ouarzazate if you have time.

Mt. Toubkal trek and Merzouga desert trip

Mark L – Sep 2021:

The five days of trekking and Sahara desert tour were fantastic, culminating in our trip to the summit of Mount Toubkal, which provided us with stunning views and surroundings. Our guide, Husein was quite knowledgeable and competent, and our cook, Abdullah, who always provided wonderful cuisine, particularly delighted us. The quality of our Sahara desert tent in Merzouga also surprised us. Exceptionally well organized! We would be delighted to utilize Marrakech Desert Trips again on any future trips to Morocco, and we look forward to hearing from you both.
