The Quad biking experience was absolutely fantastic! As soon as we arrived, we hopped onto the quads and set off on our adventure through the desert. Riding the quads was a breeze, and it was truly exhilarating as we zoomed up and down the steep sand dunes of the Agafay desert. Our guide was there to help us capture breathtaking photos and allowed us to take in the stunning views while relaxing atop a hill. What made it even better was that we chose to do this activity in the morning, so the desert was pleasantly cool rather than scorching like the main parts of Morocco. It was a thrilling and adrenaline-pumping experience that I highly recommend to anyone who hasn’t tried it yet. And I must say, our guide was a really cool person, which added to the overall enjoyment of the adventure.

What an incredible journey! This trip is an absolute must-do. Our guide, Yusef, was wonderful and incredibly friendly. The transfer to the starting point took about 45 minu. The minibus was well-equipped with air conditioning, and the ride was comfortable. Once we arrived, the adventure began. We were provided with helmets and goggles, and there was a quick introduction to the quad bike controls, which are quite straightforward. After a brief practice drive in the area, we were off to explore! It was just the two of us along with Hamid. We started by riding along the road for about 5 minutes, and Hamid even surprised us with a refreshing bottle of water each. Then, we ventured into the desert. The landscape was truly astonishing, unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. The initial 30 minutes of driving were absolutely breathtaking. We paused at the top of a small rise to soak in the stunning view and capture some fantastic photos. Our guide was skilled at taking great pictures of us and was happy to take more. We also engaged in a conversation with him about Moroccan and mountain culture before continuing our journey down the tracks for another 30 minutes or so. After a little over an hour of riding, we parked near a desert house and took a break under a tent. We enjoyed sugary tea and delightful Moroccan biscuits for about 25 minutes – a much-needed rest and energy boost. Afterward, we embarked on about 30 more minutes of quad biking to exit the desert and paused by the lake for another mesmerizing view. A bit more road driving brought us back to the starting point. Overall, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly. This adventure is truly top-notch and definitely worth it.
